The founding pastor of Denver's progressive House for All Sinners and Saints — part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America — apparently has such contempt for sexual purity that she had a whole bunch of purity rings melted down and turned into a vagina sculpture. She then presented the finished product to iconic left-wing feminist Gloria Steinem with a great big hug at a recent conference.

By: MICAIAH BILGER Many Judeo-Christian leaders speak out against abortion, but the few who advocate for abortion often are the ones who get the most media attention. On Monday in Kentucky, pro-abortion clergy held a rally at the State Capitol to advocate for abortion and other issues, the State-Journal reports. The event was called the Higher Ground Moral Day of Action, and it was held in conjunction with other rallies nation-wide. "Allah bless us and bless our families and bless our Lord. Lead us on the straight path - the path of all prophets: Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad." These were the words that rang out over the congregation at The General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church, USA meeting in Portland, Oregon. Wajidi Said, co-founder of the Muslim Education Trust, led the attendees in the prayer to the Islamic deity, a move arranged by the Ecumenical and Interfaith ministry staff at the assembly. The prayer was part of the "first order of business" during the meeting's opening session, a time dedicated to praying for those affected by the Orlando shooting that occurred just weeks before. By: Ashifa Kassam There is not one mention of God during the 70-minute service at Toronto’s West Hill United church. Bibles are nowhere to be seen. The large steel cross – one of the few remaining religious symbols in this church – is hidden behind a cascade of rainbow streamers. But that is perhaps to be expected in a church led by an avowed atheist. Source: Stand Up For The Truth Sorcery in the Church? Sadly, yes. By: Lea Speyer In a landmark document, the Vatican announced on Thursday that Catholics should stop missionizing Jews and should work with Jews to combat anti-Semitism. According to the document, which was released by the Vatican’s Commission for Religious Relations with Jews, God never annulled his covenant with the Jewish people and “the Church is therefore obliged to view evangelization to Jews, who believe in the one God, in a different manner from that to people of other religions and world views.” Source: Christian Headlines
By: Amanda Casanova A United Methodist Church pastor led a prayer rally to bless an abortion facility in Ohio earlier this month. Rev. Laura Young said she believes pro-life advocates have “misguided faith,” according to LifeNews.com. On Oct. 8, she went to the abortion facility, Preterm, to pray for protection over protestors and those who visit the clinic for help. “Christianity, like most faiths, is founded on love. Watching protesters shouting judgment and hate based on what they call religion is horrible. Is that loving God? Is that loving your neighbor as yourself?” Young said she plans on visiting other abortion facilities in the state. She already runs a group called the Ohio Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice, a counseling hotline for women.
